If after reading this FAQ page you are still unable to find the answer to your particular question, please simply send a direct email anytime between 9 am and 7 pm Mon-Fri and 11 am to 4 pm Saturday. We are here to help.
If you email us outside company hours we may not respond, but please note. We will respond within 3 hours of a submitted request, providing the request was submitted no less than 2 hours to end of day.

Which services do you offer?

Our creative writing services include dramatic monologues, poetry, college/university/fellowship admission essays, public announcements and speeches.

  1. Our advertising copywriting services include magazine article ghostwriting, web site copywriting, web banner creations, print ads (O.O.H, P.O.P, Transit ads) radio scripts, jingles, TV scripts, Web videos.

I am from overseas. Can I still use your services?

Yes of course! We have a number of overseas clients and we welcome you as well, with open arms.

I want to start my project as soon as possible and it has a fast approaching deadline. Is this possible?

For very short deadlines we reserve the right to charge you a rush fee. However, we will inform you before we proceed, giving you the option to reschedule if you so desire. It is also very possible that we will start your project right away / on the same day/ within a few days of receiving all relevant project background.

How do I order? What is the process?

1. It’s so easy! Just fill out our handy online order form and we will contact you.

  • When we contact you we will discuss your marketing / creative writing needs, timeframe, etc. We can give you an estimate within one business day, after we have received all the relevant project background.
  • We will then send you a contract via email. Please sign the contract and email it back to us. Please also make your deposit through our PayPal.
  • PayPal is instant, so after receiving your deposit and signed contract we will begin working.
  • You will receive a first draft of your project copy within 3 to 14 days depending on size of the project. If revisions are desired we will schedule a call to plan the edit.

I want to get started now.

BlueFire Writing Inc recommends reading our term sheet first and foremost. Then contact us and we will discuss your vision.We will deliver a cost estimate within 24 hours of having received the required project info.You will receive our web contract after we have agreed on a course of action (firm timeframe, project dynamics). After you sign it and we receive payment we will begin working on the first draft of copy. You will receive the first draft of your project on an agreed date. After which if you would like revisions we will schedule a new Skype meeting or phone call.

How do I pay?

You can pay using a credit or bank transfer directly into our PayPal account.PayPal accepts the following Credit Cards: Visa, American Express, Discover card, MasterCard, PayPal transfer.

How quickly can I get my project?

It all depends on the size of the project and its nature. Usually you will receive a first draft of your project copy within 3 to 14 days depending on size of the project. If revisions are desired we will schedule a call to plan the edit.

What information does the writer need?

Simply complete our online order form as thoroughly as possible and we will go from there.

Are your writers outsourced to overseas writers?

Our writers & contractors are based in Canada – our writers may travel out of Canada for research purposes but no, we take our content and our clients livelihood much too seriously to outsource to cheap content providers. The bottom line is we do not trust anyone else with our clients’ copy. The writing you receive now and in the future is written by BlueFire Writing Inc.

What do you outsource?

We do outsource non-writing parts of projects if needed, namely graphic design, website programming, video editing. These are outsourced only to professionals in the industry that we know and trust. When we do outsource those tasks we always let our clients know exactly who we are working with in order to bring the project to Fruition.

If however you have your own web designer/ graphic artist/video editor we will gladly work with your people. In our industry copywriters work side by side with art directors/graphic designers etc. all the time. Please indicate early on that you have a team of your choice so that we can collaborate.

Do you have a minimum project charge?

Yes. Usually the minimum time spent even on the smallest projects is three hours.

Do you provide ongoing monthly arrangement for content?

Yes we do and we are happy to contact you and discuss this arrangement.

Well how much is it going to cost?

It depends on the complexity of the project. Our writers & contractors work on an hourly basis, however projects can be estimated based on the time required to complete them. If we outsource non-written parts of your project to our professional freelance team members an extra charge will be applied.

Why does your writing service charge more than other cheap writing services?

Our writers & contractors need to be adequately paid for their time, we believe in the old saying “Fast, cheap or good; pick two. If you want good and cheap it wont be fast If you want fast and good it wont be cheap, if you want fast and cheap it wont be good,” that being said our prices, you will find are competitive in our industry. We also don’t outsource for the same reason; again, being the best is our strength.

Do I get to see my work before I make payment? Why not?

No. Some projects require a deposit or the full payment in advance before we begin work. On the other hand some projects do not require any payment until the work is complete, however you will receive no part of the work that is completed until your full payment clears.

BlueFire Writing Inc requires a retainer for consultation sessions, because of the time involved and because in the past people have abused this service for free marketing advice.
